Welcome to Only Funzz (https://onlyfunzz.com/). These Advertising Terms & Conditions govern all advertising purchases, banner placements, sponsored content, and promotional partnerships made on our platform.

By placing an order or running an ad campaign on Only Funzz, you (the “Advertiser”) agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Ad Approvals & Content Guidelines

  • Content Review: All advertisements, sponsored articles, banners, and links are subject to review and approval by the Only Funzz editorial team prior to publication.
  • Prohibited Content:We do not accept advertising related to illegal activities, hate speech, adult/pornographic material, gambling/casinos (unless explicitly authorized by local laws), scam operations, malware, or misleading claims.
  • Editorial Discretion: Only Funzz reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any ad creative or campaign at any time if it violates our standards or causes harm to our user experience.

 

2. Sponsored Content & Link Policies (SEO Compliance)

  • Google Guidelines Compliance: In strict adherence to Google Search Webmaster Guidelines, all paid links, sponsored posts, and affiliate links will include appropriate rel attributes (e.g., rel=”sponsored” or rel=”nofollow”).
  • Disclosure: All paid articles or sponsored stories will carry a clear disclosure label (e.g., “Sponsored Content” or “Promoted”).

 

3. Placement & Tracking

  • Banner Placements: Banners and ad units will be displayed according to the agreed schedule and positions. Only Funzz does not guarantee specific click-through rates (CTR) or conversion numbers.
  • Ad Networks: Third-party programmatic ad networks running on Only Funzz must comply with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and Google AdSense policies regarding cookie usage and user data collection.

 

4. Payment Terms & Cancellations

  • Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all campaign fees must be paid in full prior to the launch date of the advertisement or publication of sponsored content.
  • Refunds & Cancellations:Payments for published sponsored content or completed banner runs are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to the ad launch date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward future placements.

 

5. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

  • Advertiser Responsibility: The Advertiser represents and warrants that they hold all intellectual property rights and permissions for all content, images, trademarks, and links provided in their advertisements.
  • Liability: Only Funzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from ad delays, site downtime, technical interruptions, or campaign performance.
